ESN Sevilla UPO offers an Erasmus Placement position for a university student to work in the field of administration, events coordination and volunteer management support. The internship offer is for the 1st Semester year 2026/2027 (September 14th – January 29th)
The requiered skills are mainly the following:
Spanish level: B1
English level: B1
Google Workplace knowledge
Communication, social and teamwork skills
Proactivity, autonomy and ability to multitask
Organizational skills
Tasks:
Organization and attendance to ESN Sevilla UPO events
Reporting and registration of activities
Management support of ESN Sevilla UPO Office Work Group
Monitoring of the volunteer’s activities and involvement
Office hours at ESN Sevilla UPO
Creation and updating of guides, manuals, and useful documents for students
